Refund policy

At Golden | Home, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Due to the nature of certain products (such as our room linen fragrance mists, last season scents and sale items ), some may be final sale and not eligible for return. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We strictly use tracked UPS and USPS shipping to ensure completion of delivery.
