Shipping policy
Summer Month Shipping
During warm weather months, May - August, we only ship wax Monday through Wednesday. This limits time in transit so that your wax does not sit over the weekend in non-air conditioned facilities. If you place your order Wednesday morning, it may not leave our warehouse until the following Monday depending on our order volume. This is a necessary step to maintain the quality of your wax / candle. Please plan for additional fulfillment time. Thank you.
Order Processing
Typical order processing can take between 1-2 business days, although we try our best to ship same-day, Monday through Friday. We ship through UPS. Please note that once your order has shipped from our shipping location, we are unable to change the shipping address or reroute the package.
Delivery Methods
U.S.A.: For orders delivered within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, the following UPS shipping methods are available: Standard Ground (2-3 business days). Please select the option that is best for you at checkout.
You can track your order by following the tracking link we send via email when your package ships. Please email us directly with any questions/concerns about your package, You may email us through the contact form on our homepage, or directly at hello@golden-home.co.
Standard Ground: Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 2 – 3 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take additional time to arrive. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. If you do not see shipping options for your location at checkout, please email us and we will add shipping to your country.
LOST PACKAGES
As we use UPS and USPS for delivery, lost packages are not our responsibility and do not fall under fault. We will however help you with this issue. If you have lost your package please contact us in any form ( email, web chat, DM, etc).
